This is a "non bleed" HVLP spray gun i.e. the air is shut off at the gun when the trigger is released. The ANB300 can be used with most 3 stage or higher output non bleed turbine spraying systems.
It is suitable for use with solvent and waterborne coating. The fluid needle and nozzles are manufactured from high quality stainless steel and is fitted with a 1 litre paint cup.
The gun features a fluid flow control and fan/spot pattern control.
Connection to the air supply hose is via a quick release probe at the base of the handle. This type/size of connection is commonly used by most major manufacturers of HVLP systems.
The gun is supplied as standard fitted with a 1.3mm needle and nozzle and air cap setup, other sizes are available to order separately as per the following recommendations:
Size 0.8mm for lacquers, wood stains, synthetics, cellulose, acrylics, oil. For fine intricate output.
Size 1.3mm for lacquers, wood stains, synthetics, cellulose, acrylics, oil, polyurethanes glitter paints, fluorescents, creosote, wood primer. For fine to medium output.
Size 2.0mm for polyurethanes, glitter paints, fluorescents, creosote, wood primer, interior emulsion, adhesives, floor/paving paint. Medium to heavy output.
Size 2.8mm for hammers, oil base, primers, enamels, marine, smooth masonry paints, heavy primers, water and solvent based adhesives. Generally for higher viscosity products.
