The new LS-400 Base is a unique HVLP Hybrid spray gun designed to apply water-borne and solvent-based basecoats. LS-400 Base comes in two nozzle variants, ET and ETS.
The LS-400 Series 2 Base is a unique HVLP hybrid spray gun with the ability to perform in all climates and conditions, built in high transfer efficiency results in material savings across the board. A wide variety of nozzles have been designed to perform in all climates and conditions with ET and ETS setups in a wide variety.
Split Nozzle 2.0 technology atomises basecoats perfectly allowing you to paint without hesitation, and the common issues caused by standard technology disappear. Mottle, orange peel, and colour reproduction issues are greatly reduced allowing you to paint with ease. The Series 2 delivers a high- efficiency application with consistent droplet size, shape, and fine material particles. This means panels horizontal or vertical, wet easily while reducing common refinish issues.
The modern technology of the Series 2 also helps save material. Using fewer passes per panel the Series 2 can make your painting more economical. Throughout testing the Series 2 proved to be the most economical gun available today.
The DPG-1 is a digital pressure gauge that is built into the handle of the Series 2, the DPG-1 provides the most accurate pressure readings on any digital pressure regulator on the market. Providing a stable readout with no micro flicker or dropouts the DPG-1 helps to provide accurate and dependable information helping you concentrate on painting.
