The President™ HMSU is the benchmark textured coating spray unit and has been for decades. Reliable air operated piston pump design, capable of pumping medium to extremely heavy textured exterior coatings used in the decorating industry.
The pump is mounted on an elevator which you manually raise to change paint cans and is designed to accommodate either 5 or 10 gallon pails.
"Evenflo" valve system
The system incorporates an "Evenflo" valve system which prevents the build-up of pressure in the fluid lines when the pump stops, thereby eliminating any surge of material as the gun is triggered so you get an even and consistent high film build.
The system is air operated and will require a single tool road compressor (circa 50-60cfm) to operate.
As standard the system is supplied with a 17ft Fluid and air hose set but we recommend that you purchase the additional 15 Metre air and fluid hoses as a more practical option.
There is a range of fluid tip to suit different aggregate sizes and round and fan pattern air caps available as accessories. As standard the spray gun is fitted with a ¼" fluid tip and round pattern internal mix air cap.
