The DVP is a high specification, air powered 1:1 ratio diaphragm pump developed for the direct supply of paints and materials to spray guns.

The design ensures a constant and virtually pulse free fluid delivery for direct feed to spray guns without the expense and complications of a fluid regulator or surge chamber.

The DVP range features bare pumps, assembled pump packages and complete “ready to spray” outfits matched with the renowned DeVilbiss Compact or FLG5 spray guns.

DVP is perfect for use with ALL TYPES of spray gun technologies including, Conventional, Compliant Trans-Tech©, HVLP, LVLP and Electrostatic.

The Binks DVP range of packages are easily transportable and energy efficient, the air driven, 1:1 ratio double-diaphragm pump is available in a variety of fixed and mobile outfits to suit varying application requirements for industrial paints and coatings. The high quality construction of the pump ensures it can be used with virtually all solvent & water borne spray materials and there is a version specifically developed for use on Ceramic & Glaze based materials. DVP also provides fast fluid transfer (up to 17 litres per minute) and is self priming.

Outfits include as standard, twin air regulators which independently control the pump and spray gun pressures, plus, an outlet fluid filter/bypass pressure dump assembly along with a flexible suction wand/filter assembly or a rigid inlet tube with filter to provide clean and filtered fluid to the spray gun. The fluid/material container can be constantly topped up whilst the pump is in operation, enabling all of the spray material to be used without waste, reducing downtime and assisting in quick and simple colour change operations.
